Monday Networking Buffet – £23
To continue socialising and networking after the Welcome Reception, our Non-Residential and Day Delegates are welcome to join us for an informal three course buffet dinner on campus on Monday 11 July.
SRF Conference Dinner – £55
The SRF Conference Dinner will take place on Tuesday 12 July. Our Non-Residential and Day Delegates are warmly welcome to join us and Residential delegates who wish to purchase additional tickets for partners and colleagues may also do so. The cost of the SRF Conference Dinner ticket includes pre-dinner drinks, a 3 course meal, half a bottle of wine, coffee and entertainment. The SRF prizes will be awarded at the dinner, and presentation of the Society’s premier award, the Marshall Medal, will be made to Professor Michael Kane.
Accommodation
Accommodation at the University of Winchester is available as part of the Residential Registration Fee for the nights of Monday 11 and Tuesday 12 July.
Delegates will be allocated rooms in the Burma Road Halls of Residence on campus, just a short walk from the lecture theatre. Please note that all rooms are single en-suite rooms therefore we regret that twin or double occupancy is not available. Each room has access to a shared kitchen which offers tea and coffee making facilities.
Payment
Payment can be made by credit/debit card at the time of booking. PLEASE NOTE: Credit and debit card payments incur a 3.5% bank administration fee
OR
An invoice can be requested during the registration process which can be settled by bank transfer, cheque, or credit/debit card (3.5% bank administration fee on credit and debit card payments).
TO AVOID CREDIT/DEBIT CARD CHARGES, PAYMENT CAN BE MADE BY BANK TRANSFER OR CHEQUE.
Cancellation Terms
Refunds, less a £30 Administration fee, can be made up to and including Friday 10 June 2016. Cancellations must be sent by email to the Secretariat srf@conferencecollective.co.uk. Refunds will be made after the conference
Cancellations made after 10 June will not be eligible for a refund. If a cancellation is made after the 10 June but before payment has been received by the Secretariat, full payment will be due.
Substitutions can be made at any time by notifying the Secretariat in writing srf@conferencecollective.co.uk
Confirmation of booking
Email confirmation will be sent to you upon receipt of your registration and payment. Further details and directional maps will be available on the website 2 weeks before the conference.
