Dr Roberta Migale

Dr Roberta Migale is a Lecturer and Group Leader at Imperial College London. Her team investigates the regulation of gonadal development and function, and its impact on gametes. Her lab’s mission is to advance fundamental knowledge in reproductive and developmental biology to improve reproductive health and fertility outcomes.

Before joining Imperial, she was a Postdoctoral Fellow at the Francis Crick Institute, London, where she worked on the genetic pathways underpinning sex determination and gonadal development in mammals.

Outside of work she enjoys having adventures in nature, swimming and going to music gigs.
