- Access: Free access to all articles after 3 year. Society for Reproduction and Fertility members benefit from free access to the full journal as part of their membership package
- Publication charges: No submission, page or colour charges apply.
- Open access: Author publication charge applies, SRF members receive a 25% discount on APCs.

- Access: All articles are open access and thus freely available from the point of publication
- Publication charges: Currently £900, a 50% discount on the full price of £1800. Society for Reproduction and Fertility members are eligible for a further discounted price of £810.
- Open access: All authors must publish open-access. There will be a competitive charge once the journal is accepted into the SCIE.
