The membership year runs January to December though applications will be accepted throughout the year. Applications are processed at the end of each month so please allow at least 6 weeks for your membership to be reviewed.

Student and Associate applications will need to upload valid documentation confirming their status from their academic institution – out of date evidence will be rejected.
Applications that contain old or incomplete information will be automatically declined, applicants will need to reapply.

If you are applying for Student or Associate Membership we will require evidence of your eligibility from your academic institution. Please provide evidence of you confirmation of student status or employment. Please note that this must be valid, out of date confirmations/contracts will be declined.

Supporting Member Details

For an application to be considered you will need to provide, at a minimum, the details of a Proposer who must be a current paid up member of the SRF. Please seek support of a colleague or Supervisor who may be able to support your application. If you require assistance in identifying current members please contact the SRF srf@conferencecollective.co.uk who will assist where possible.
