The Second World Congress in Reproductive Biology will take place in Cairns, Australia, from the 9th-11th October 2011. The meeting will be preceded by the Society for Reproductive Biology (SRB) immediately beforehand, and will be followed by a two day Follicle Culture Workshop hosted by ESHRE (tbc). A cutting edge programme is being compiled by the participating societies, which include SRF (UK), SSR (US), SRB (Australia), SRD (Japan), ESHRE, Chinese Society for Reproductive Biology, and the Korean Society for Animal Reproduction. In addition each participating society have elected a keynote plenary speaker, and we are delighted to announce John Carroll (London) as the SRF’s plenary speaker.
SRF are keen to encourage as many of its members as possible to attend the meeting. SRF are planning to offer a substantive sum to any SRF member planning to attend to help defray travel costs. To help allocate funds, SRF would appreciate early expressions of interest in this offer (emailed to g.fitzharris@ucl.ac.uk).
