We are seeking to recruit a Lecturer in Reproductive Physiology. Applicants should have university experience, and the ability to deliver teaching in reproductive physiology and endocrinology.

A range of teaching formats are used: lectures, scenario-based learning, tutorials and laboratory practicals. Successful applicants will also be expected to contribute to assessment and to run final year laboratory projects.  Although this is predominantly a teaching position, there may be opportunities to pursue active research, with an emphasis on collaboration and external funding.

Applicants must have a first degree in a biological science and a PhD in an appropriate discipline. Experience of delivery of teaching at this level is essential. Experience of assessment, small group teaching and running laboratory based research projects is desirable.

A 10 minute lecture at UG level in the subject area, plus a 5 minutequestion and answer session will be required as part of the interview process.
