The Society for Reproduction and Fertility has, over the years, honoured
the contribution of its members to research in the fields of reproduction
and fertility by conferring a variety of medals and awards. It is pleased
to continue to do so, through the award of the Marshall
Medal, and nominations for the SRF
Distinguished Scientist Lecture and the SRF
New Investigator Award.
The SRF Distinguished Scientist Lecture replaces the
Amoroso Lecture (a plenary
lecture given at the Annual Conference), the Hammond
Lecture (the prestigious lecture presented at winter
Conferences) and the Parkes Lecture
(formerly awarded by the Journal of Reproduction and
Fertility Ltd. at the Annual Conference). The Council
of Management of the SRF would be pleased to receive
nominations for future Marshall Medallists and recipients
of the SRF Distinguished Scientist Lecture from the
membership. The SRF New Investigator Lecture replaces
the Walpole Lecture.
